Kalon started dancing at the age of 9 and joined a local dance studio doing Hip Hop.  He was soon asked to try out the Freestyle classes and was hooked.  Freestyle dancing has played an important role in his career to date, as it has taught him to perform out of his skin!  It has played a part it maintaining his fitness, and he has also had to learn to deal with defeat.
